Sean Lorinyenko
Artist Bio
Sean Lorinyenko grew up in County Donegal before attending Oxford Brookes University. Having completed the Royal Institute of British Architects exam, he has worked in architecture for several years and travelled extensively during this time.
Returning to work in Donegal, Lorinyenko shifted his focus to painting. He married together his joint passions of painting and architecture by producing vivid and bold watercolour drawings with a keen attention to buildings. In addition to these paintings Lorinyenko also draws upon the rural landscapes of Ireland, focusing often on Donegal’s rugged coast at Downings and Tra Na Rossan.
