John Ormsby
Artist Bio
Born in Scotland in 1969, John Ormsby worked as a graphic designer in Glasgow. Ormsby moved to Lancashire in 2002 and started painting as a hobby, but now works as an artist full time. He is inspired by the busyness of daily life on the streets around him, the movement of people and their surrounding architecture. He captures the liveliness of people travelling throughout their day, along with the changing atmosphere surrounding them.
