Dennis H. Osborne ARUA
Artist Bio
Dennis H. Osborne was born in 1919 in Portsmouth, England and commonly painted in a cubist modernist style. He spent a number of years as a prisoner of war in Italy and Germany and after the war began studying art in England, going on to exhibit with the Royal Academy.
After spending some time in Canada, Osborne relocated to Northern Ireland where he took up employment as Head of the Art Department in Portadown Technical College and then at Lisnagarvey High School in Lisburn.
