MICHAEL CULLEN RHA
1946 Michael Cullen was born in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow.
He studied painting at the National College of Art in Dublin and life drawing at the Central College of Art and Design in London.
1984 Elected a member of Aosdána, the Irish Academy of the Arts.
2007 Elected a member of the Royal Hibernian Academy (RHA).

From 1969 Cullen has been living and painting for extended periods in England, Morocco, Germany, Mexico, France, Spain, and Ireland.
