Artist Bio

Lydia de Burgh is a crafted commercial painter and was educated in the Byam Shaw School of Art in 1952.
De Burgh is well know for painting portraits of H.M the Queen as well as other members of the Royal family. She has been known to experiment with landscapes and wildlife with oil and watercolour. Lydia’s work has been on show in the Northern Ireland Office, Vose Gallery, Boston, The Ulster Museum, the Sportman’s Gallery, New York and Rowland Ward.
