Kathleen Isabella Metcalfe Mackie ARUA

Kathleen Isabella Metcalfe Mackie (1899-1998) was born in Ulster and studied at the Belfast School of Art and the Royal Academy Schools in London under William Orpen, Walter Richard Sickert, George Clausen and Sir Gerald Kelly.
A portrait and landscape painter, Mackie exhibited at the Castle Espie Gallery in Co. Down and a retrospective of her work was held at the Ulster Museum.
